How this integration powers the dashboard

The Bulk Downloader Configuration panel above establishes a connection to the external Avaya ACR API. By setting up these credentials, the system is able to automatically request raw call metadata (XML) and synchronize the associated encrypted media to your local storage pathway.

Once the data is ingested into the database, it acts as the central repository for the Search Panel and the ACR Media Player below. This allows you to search for records by UCID or date, and perfectly stream decrypted audio natively within this interface.
