How this integration powers the dashboard

The Bulk Downloader Configuration panel above establishes a connection to the external Verint API. By setting up these credentials, the system is able to automatically request raw call metadata and synchronize the associated encrypted S3 media to your local storage pathway.

Once the data is ingested into the database, it acts as the central repository for the Search Panel and the Dual Media Player below. This allows you to search for records by ID or date, and perfectly synchronize decrypted audio with screen recordings without leaving this interface.
